Shipping policy

At Boostxs, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for our customers across Pakistan. Please review the following terms to understand how COD works for your order.

1. Availability

  • COD is available nationwide, in all major cities and most towns in Pakistan.

  • In certain remote or restricted areas, COD may not be available — in such cases, you’ll be notified before your order is shipped.

2. Order Confirmation

  • All COD orders must be confirmed via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Orders that are not confirmed within 24–48 hours may be automatically cancelled.

3. Payment Upon Delivery

  • You can pay the full amount in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready — couriers may not carry change.

  • Once payment is made, the courier will hand over your package and a receipt or delivery slip.

4. Advance Payment (If Required)

For high-value or customized orders, we may ask for a partial advance payment (usually 20–50%) before shipping.
This helps us verify genuine orders and avoid losses from fake or refused COD parcels.

5. Order Refusal

  • Please do not refuse a COD parcel once it reaches you.

  • Repeated refusals or fake orders may result in account suspension or restriction from placing future COD orders.

6. Returns or Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased via COD, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash, not in cash.
